Plot Summary: Kekira has introduced the idea of having a small Tournament among the captains to keep their skills and check and have a little fun.
Plot: During his first introduction to the captains. He decided he would make his mark by introducing a powerful new idea or tradition to the Soul Society. Every 500 yrs the current captains and captain level shinigami would enter a tournament to decide the strongest of the strong. Not so sure of Captain Commanders standing on this he allowed it to be his choice to enter or not. He guess this would be fun even if it's an all out bout against the strongest forces in the soul society realm. Plus a good way to clash spirit's and soul to get to know one another.
